After extended negotiations, United Parcel Service (UPS) has renewed its lease at 1239 Bellamah NW.  With the lease renewal, UPS will continue occupying 64,000 square feet of the 233,000 square foot industrial building.  UPS began occupying this portion of 1239 Bellamah in 1993.  The Bellamah warehouse is UPS’ second primary location in the Albuquerque market along with its owned facility at Interstate 25 and Comanche.
