Vitran subsidiary, Las Vegas/LA Express, stays in Albuquerque
Las Vegas/L.A. Express Inc. (“LVLA”) has renewed its lease of 32,000 square feet of industrial space at 8000 Bluewater NW. LVLA, a subsidiary of Vitran, is a trucking and logistics company that serves the southwest region of the U.S.
JCRE provided local representation for LVLA.
Local CPA Purchases Office Building
After relocating to 4401 Lomas Blvd NE in September, 2011, on a lease basis, Montano & Associates CPAs and Consultants purchased the Lomas office building.

Tempur-Pedic Supplier Renews Lease!
JCRE has assisted the owner of 7501 Meridian Pl NW with the lease renewal of 71,090 square feet of manufacturing space to FXI. FXI, a supplier for Tempur-Pedic, and its predecessor has occupied space in the building since 2007.
Flamez Burgers and More!
Flamez, Hamburgers and More will be opening its first location later this year at 9821 Montgomery, Suite C. Flamez is a new restaurant that will serve fresh and gourmet hamburgers and sandwiches, both classic and with ethnic influence from around the world.

Downtown Retail - Sale
After 20 years of ownership, the owner of the southeast corner of 3rd and Gold in downtown Albuquerque has sold the property to a local investor. The property consists of approximately 4,720 square foot of inline retail space.

UPS Lease Renewal
After extended negotiations, United Parcel Service (UPS) has renewed its lease at 1239 Bellamah NW. With the lease renewal, UPS will continue occupying 64,000 square feet of the 233,000 square foot industrial building. UPS began occupying this portion of 1239 Bellamah in 1993.
