Terry L. Johnson
CCIM, SIOR
Terry started his real estate career in Kansas City in 1970, working for one of Kansas City's largest residential developers. In 1973 he moved to Albuquerque to pursue his interest in commercial and industrial brokerage, working with two brokerage companies in Albuquerque before opening Johnson Commercial Real Estate in 2009.
During the years he has gained extensive knowledge and experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants involved in transactions to acquire land and building space for manufacturing, distribution operations and office, retail uses. Several large national and international clients which Terry has represented are Siemens, Lockheed Martin (and Martin Marietta, its predecessor), General Mills, SuperValu, Jeld-Wen, and Covington Capital. Additionally, Terry has represented numerous local individuals and business entities in the development of their real estate assets. He has seen and been a part of Albuquerque's tremendous growth over the last three decades.
Terry coupled his practical knowledge and experience with the formal curricula offered by the real estate brokerage industry to pursue and obtain two major certifications. In 1984 he became the first real estate broker in New Mexico to have earned both designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Erick Johnson CCIM
Erick has been in the real estate brokerage business for seven years with his primary focus being the sales and leasing of industrial and office properties. During his time in the business, Erick has gained significant knowledge of commercial real estate in the Albuquerque Metro area. He prides himself in his familiarity with industrial property thoughout the metro area. His clients include local and national industrial and office users, developers, and investors. Honesty, integrity, and a keen attention to detail are qualities that Erick strives to provide his clients in attaining their goals and objectives.

Christine Sebesta
Christine has been involved in commercial real estate and property management for over thirty years.
Originally from Michigan, Christine was the Controller for a large manufacturing company before moving to Keystone, Colorado in 1980 to begin a career in property management and see the west. After many years in Colorado and a two year stop in Angel Fire, New Mexico, where she developed and operated her own property management company, Christine moved to Albuquerque expanding her career to include commercial property management and real estate brokerage.
For over eighteen years, Christine has partnered with Terry Johnson in the commercial brokerage business and their professional relationship continues to grow and flourish. Christine remains actively inolved in managing over a half a million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space and most recently supervised a multi-million dollar renovation for one of her clients.
With her solid background in accounting and fee management services, Christine provides her clients concise, thorough and professional service. Honesty, integrity and a genuine interest in others are qualities that are important to Christine in her personal and professional life.
